SHIPPING CHARGES
All continental USA orders are either shipped by UPS ground or
US Priority Air Mail (at the same cost) depending on continental zone. All shipments are
made using scanning and tracking methods, both for UPS and US Mail. Foreign shipping cost
including CANADA is based on weight, insurance and size and will therefore depend on
individual orders. For these foreign shipments we charge an initial estimated charge (see
table below) which can be followed by a credit or additional charge to the customer's card
once the actual shipment is forwarded and the cost is known.

RETURNS
All items are checked to be in mint condition,
operation and appearance prior to shipment. Any unopened package will be accepted within
30 days. No opened items will be accepted for a return. We are not responsible for any
damages or losses where the shipping company is at fault. A Euro Train Hobby, Inc RMA
is required for returns, please call to obtain an RMA number. DO NOT SEND ITEMS WITHOUT AN
RMA number. No refunds will be given without an RMA number. A re-stocking fee of 15%
will be held on these refunds and credits. |
