Technically redesigned model in brown livery with large FS logo and with LED lighting. The locomotive of the series E 645 and E 646 developed starting in 1958 and were based on the chassis construction of the E 636 109 - 276. The locomotives had an hourly power output of 4.320 kW and reached a top speed of 140 km/h.
