The original, a type construction, can be found in Walheim near Aachen at the Vennbahn railway line. A friends association takes care of and is maintaining the railway facility today. The grey timber-frame structure and the wall paneling at the rear give the signal box a very attractive appearance. Cover and drawback boxes as well as 2 floodlight dummies are enclosed.
